Too long waiting times for treatment in Poland
If you are registered on a waiting list for a specific treatment in Poland, but the treatment cannot be provided within the time necessary in your current state of health, you have the possibility to obtain treatment:
1. in EU/EFTA Member States on the basis of the provisions on the coordination of social security systems,
Authorisation under the provisions on coordination
2. in EU/EEA Member States on the basis of national legislation implementing the Cross-Border Directive.
